Strawberry Chocolate


Ingredients:

125 gm Strawberries-washed
100 ml Water
100 gm Sugar
250 gm White Chocolate

Method:

1.In a bowl, add the strawberries, water, sugar and boil for 8-10 minutes until water reduce to half of its original quantity.
2.Allow to cool the mixture completely and blend the mixture into fine paste in a blender.
3.In a pan, temper and melt the chocolate.
4.Pour the chocolate into the moulds and turn upside down to make hollow shells.
5.Refrigerate the mould for 20 minutes and remove the shells out.
6.In the shell fill the strwaberry paste and top with melted chocolate.
7.Refrigerate for 30 minutes and lightly tap out each chocolate from the mould.
8.Serve chilled.

Vallarai Mixer Malt


Ingredients :

Vallarai    :    3 handfuls
Sprouted ulundhu ( black gram )    :    100 gm
Sprouted pachai payaru ( green gram )    :    100 gm
Sprouted thinai ( millet)     100 gm
Sprouted cholam ( corn )    :    100 gm
Sprouted kaezhvarugu ( ragi )    :    100 gm
Sprouted kondaikadalai ( channa )    :    100 gm
Cardamom    : 10
Sukku ( dried ginger ): 10 gm
Badam    :    100 gm
Cashew:    100 gm  
Javvarisi ( sago ):    100 gm
barley:    100 gm

Method :

Clean the ingredients, dry in the sun.
Heat a frying pan.
Add the ingredients and fry each of them separately till golden.
Mix all the items and powder.
Powder vallarai and add to the mix.
Mix 2 tsp of this powder with milk and drink.
If needed panankalkandu can be added for sweetness.
